Registration Fee

Up and until 15th of May 2026, the registration fee amounts to €650 (incl. VAT) per participant. From 15th of May, the registration fee amounts to €850 (incl. VAT). In case of cancellation before September 1st 2026 the total fee will be refunded. Later cancellations shall not be refunded. Attendee substitutions are allowed. Students and contributors pay €500 (incl. VAT). Members of Flanders Metals Valley pay €650 (incl. VAT).

The registration fee includes your conference seat for 2 days, networking reception in the poster display area, all lunches and all break refreshments.
